Innocent Masuku gained fame as Baksteen on SABC1's Tshisa from 2006 to 2012. He also performs the series' title track and plans to release a kwaito album as Ngudu. Growing up, his nickname "Ngudu" stemmed from his clever ideas and mischievous nature. He found solace from the streets through The Positive Art Society and pursued acting, appearing in Yizo Yizo and Zone 14.
