The three were gunned down last night in Rocklands, Mitchell's Plain on the Cape Flats. According to police, it is alleged that four assailants entered the victims house and opened fire. Two other people were wounded in the attack. Chairperson of the Mitchells Plain CPF, Norman Jantjies says such mass shootings becoming very frequent in the area....

Molefe and his co-accused, Michael Tau, Tiego Mabusela, and Musa Kekana, appeared briefly at the Alexandra Magistrates' Court today for the centralisation of dockets. Molefe and the three face charges related to the murders of Oupa Sefoka commonly known as DJ Sumbody and Hector "DJ Vintos" Buthelezi. Molefe has also been linked to Police Minsiter Senzo Mchunu and alleged criminal cartel kingpin, Vusimuzi 'Cat' Matlala. SABC reporter Sashin Naidoo was at court and tells us more....

Meanwhile, Transport MEC Siboniso Duma has alleged that some of these entities may have fraudulently "bought" their high-level grading certificates, allowing them to secure massive tenders - while they lacked the actual capacity to complete the job.
