Nick Hamman joined 5FM in May 2014.He began his career in broadcasting at MFM in Stellenbosch while studying Politics and Philosophy. After winning Best Afternoon Campus Drive Show he moved to Good Hope FM in 2013 and eventually 5FM a year later. Nick has become synonymous with innovative radio having pioneered a 330km on air walk from Joburg to Polokwane, 5 Heritage Tours as well as a radio tour around Southern Africa. At the end of 2022, Hamman is set to take his radio audience to Antarctica. Nick is passionately South African and interested in people, cultures and ideas.
