This week the shows kicks off at Kimberly and Free State. We meet Atia Mahomed and her father, Iqbal and coach Filmalter who share Atia’s inspiring journey into the sport while delivering an Archery 101 lesson.

The shows kicks off at Free State. We meet up with M Jansen Van Nieuwenhuizen at the Free state sports academy. Jansen is an athletics coach who's destined to shape future athletics who will compete at national level.

Today we visit the Free State Academy of Sports, a unique high-performance center providing elite sports science services to provincial athletes at no cost. Meanwhile, we connect with the Du Toit hammer-throwing sisters, Neldri and Johaney, who were introduced to the sport by their grandfather and coach and are now blazing their own trails.

This week, we return to Botshabelo to meet rising female boxer Sebina "The Show Maker" Lekhelebane. We travel all the way with Sebina to Bloemfontein to catch up with her coach and manager, diving into the journey behind her success. We also visit Umlandomusha High School in Utrecht, KwaZulu-Natal, where teachers and students are pushing for excellence through sports.

Once again KZN is in the spotlight. We are at Vreyheid where we meet our G.O.A.T Ntuthuko Sibusiso Madondo who is swimming coach. Sibusiso was concerned by the drownings in his community to a point he started offering swimming lessons to help minimize the number dorwning victims.

We travel all the way to Kwazulu-Natal to meet up with our athlete G.O.A.T Nondumiso Nkosi! Nondumiso relates his story as to how fell in love with athletics mentioning his father as the main influencer behind it.

Today we learn how athletics and science come together. We are in Mpumalanga where an energetic young coach explains the mutualism between the two.

We are in Natal again! But this time we are with the young goats from Amajuba High School Rugby team from Newcastle. We meet Tinotenda, a young rugby player for Amajuba high school. Tinotenda shares his passion for rugby with us.

Today we travel to Kwazulu-Natal to meet young athletes Xolani Xulu and Siyamthanda Tshabalala alongside their coaches. The two young goats aspire to one day represent our country in the Olympics.

Thabang Maleka, a gymnastics coach joins us today alongside Jessica Govender as GOATS for the day to discuss trampoline. They train young athletes to keep them off the streets.

We are in Soweto today,Pimville! We meet a young G.O.A.T..Sinehlanhla Gwele who is a pool player. His father was an inspiration behind his desire for Pool.

Viwe Jingqi, an athlete from Easten Cape who is a 100 M and 20 M sprinter tell us about her journey. Viwe started sprinting from an age as early as 10.

Lesedi khonou , a young discus-thrower joins today as our G.O.A.T. Lesedi elucidates her love for this kind of sport and how she fell in love with it.

Shabaddeep Nanra, a multi-talented G.O.A.T who plays hockey, netball and tennis graces our screens. Shabaddeep tells us about her favorite sport, which is tennis.

Today we are in Wedela where we meet our young G.O.A.T Sihle Ntloya who is a Volleyball Player.
