Aired, Monday 25 May: The season opens with a flash-forward of Sabelo being chased in Johannesburg, before cutting back three weeks earlier. During Gumede’s ukujikijela ritual, Sabelo is overwhelmed by traumatic memories and suffers a mental breakdown.
